Booking your first balloon flight

A passenger flight in the UK needs a commercially licensed operator, and any operator worth booking will tell you their licence number without being asked. Expect an hour in the air, two hours on the ground either side, and at least one reschedule. Every operator cancels on the morning when the wind is wrong, and the ones that do not are the ones to avoid.
